The " CrossFit Membership" program is for limited access (12 classes) to all programs/classes offered at CrossFit Culpeper. This doesn't include our Open gym, rowing, or mobility classes.At CrossFit Culpeper we have a great group atmosphere that makes training more fun and helps push each member to reach their full potential. Once you've completed a Foundations class and/or have been cleared for Group Classes you can jump on board.**Please note that all classes are 1 hour in length. They will cover warm-up, skill/strength, mobility, and the workout of the day. If your interested in trying a free session you can attend one of our designated Foundation classes days on Monday's and Tuesday's. Please use the sign up sheet on our website.
