Referral Program
Timing CrossFit Culpeper reserves the right to modify the start and end date(s) of the Referral Program at any time, at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to modify or cancel the Referral Program at any time, at our sole discretion.
An eligible Program participant (a “Referrer”) must be at least eighteen (18) years old. If the participant is currently a member of CrossFit Culpeper then they are already in the system and do not need to fill out the Referral Program form indicated below. All other participants are required to fill our the Referral Program information using the link provided at the bottom of the page.
An eligible friend (a “Referred Friend”) must be a United States resident and at least eighteen (18) years old. A Referred Friend must (i) be a new CrossFit Culpeper member, (ii) Indicate a valid Referrer during registration and (iii) sign up for any of our membership options, excluding the Foundations Course, on crossfitculpeper.com (the “Site”).
To become a valid Referrer you must fill out the form fields within the Referral Program link indicated at the bottom of the page. Once you are in our system you will be provided a link which can be used to refer eligible friends via e-mail, Facebook, or Twitter. Referrers will receive the following reward(s) for every new member that signs up for a valid membership (limit 11): 1) $50 for ever new CrossFit member. This only applies to new members and not current members who are renewing their contract. 2) For your second Referred Friend you will receive a FREE CrossFit Culpeper T-Shirt There is a limit of one (1) Reward granted per Referred Friend. Rewards will be delivered via check from CrossFit Culpeper 115 Walters St., Culpeper, VA 22701 to the address provided during your Referral Program signup. Please be sure to double check your mailing address prior to submission. Lost Rewards will not be replaced.
Any abuse of this Program, as determined by CrossFit Culpeper at our sole discretion, may result in the rescission of the Referrer’s Reward and the Referred Friend’s membership, as well as the inability by both parties to participate in this Program or future CrossFit Culpeper promotions. This Program is subject to modification or termination at any time by CrossFit Culpeper at our sole discretion. To prevent fraud and abuse, we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any Reward or promotion code or cancel any membership.
